Federal Pest Control is environmentally conscious and recognises it’s obligation to be environmentally aware and actively take all reasonable precautions to provide Pest Management Services that limit any negative impact on the environment.
Federal Pest Control is committed to continually improving its environmental performance by supporting these initiatives;
Establishing and maintaining environmental management as a major priority by adopting and publishing this policy and; consultation with all interested parties.
Develop management and team member’s commitment to the protection of the environment by setting clear environmental objectives; with clear assignment of accountability and responsibility.
Implementation of continual environmental improvement plans by; the use of procedures and work instructions in accordance with legislative requirements; and being aware of and continually update services with the Industry Best Practice Technology and Methodology.
Ensuring that management and team members are aware of emergency plans to contain any accidental spillage, and waste management strategies to make sure waste is managed proactively by adopting principles of reduction, recycling and proper disposal.
Develop and promote services that have the highest environmental characteristics and will meet the highest demands for efficiency.
Work and consult with suppliers and clients to promote the best possible environmental practices.
Undertake and promote educational programmes and discussion on issues for employees, suppliers, and clients on health and safety.
